Here we will determine the further treatment process for your illness together, arrange any necessary additional examinations and discuss the planned procedure in detail.
Thyroid Surgery in the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Wien
As soon as the optimal treatment for you has been determined and all findings are available, we will arrange an operation date at the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Wien. The operation and inpatient care are carried out by me personally.
Postsurgical care in the office
Follow-up care after the procedure (stitch removal, discussion of findings, checks) is carried out in my office.
Costs
I am a private practitioner and do not have any health insurance contracts. You can submit the treatment costs to your insurance company and receive a portion of the fee refunded. For the thyroid operation and other procedures, I will refer you to the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Wien and give you an estimate for the cost of the treatment. Special case of additional insurance and BVAEB: The costs are covered by your additional insurance. If you are insured with BVAEB, you will have to pay a daily rate for inpatient treatment and part of the total costs will be covered or reimbursed.
